For Job Seekers:

• Resume/CV information must be truthful
• You may only apply to jobs you are genuinely interested in
• Mass or automated spam applications are prohibited

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose under Polish, EU, or international law
• To violate regulations, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe intellectual property rights of the platform or others
• To harass, abuse, insult, defame, harm, discriminate, or threaten
• To submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

6. Disclaimer

All materials on Poland EasyNaukri4U are provided on an "as is" basis. Poland EasyNaukri4U makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to: Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Poland EasyNaukri4U or its suppliers be liable for any damages, including: Loss of data, Loss of profits, Business interruption. This applies even if we were notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice, if: You violate these Terms, We detect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, We decide to discontinue access at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
